About Me

I’m Abdallah, and I am passionate about supporting professionals and executives in international work environments through multilingual coaching and talent development.

My career began in project management within NGOs. At the end of 2015, I discovered my passion for coaching while assisting Arabic-speaking refugees and people from all over the world in Berlin to navigate life and work in Germany – initially as an interpreter. This experience laid the foundation for my work today as a coach and trainer and gave me deep insights into intercultural communication. I have extensive personal experience with both German and Arabic workplace cultures.

Over the past ten years, I have conducted more than 2,800 hours of individual and group coaching for clients from over 15 countries. My areas of focus include:

• Coaching of immigrants and international professionals
